justice. justice.. I don't think that descibes justice. Since justice is fair and resonable treatment, it should be related to the picture on the left. Likewise equality is also m justice

Can you give me an example of when equality is not justice? Just curious.

hmm. let's say you give 2 people $1,000,000 each.
1st guy sets up a business. he starts buying and selling and makes a profit and a living. And he has the wisdom of only living on a salary he gives himself from business profits. He doesn't "upgrade" his house and car right away but waits till his salary from said business can afford it.
2nd guy buys an expensive house and a sports car(Which coincidently is what most lottery winners do). but having spent all the money without planning on maintenance costs and taxes, they realize 2 years in that they can't afford to upkeep their lifestyle on their normal income. so are forced to sell the house to pay debts they built up from overspending.

Now, they both started out equally, but would it be "fair" to give the 2nd guy another million dollars so he doesn't lose his house?

I don't think that descibes justice. Since justice is fair and resonable treatment, it should be related to the picture on the left. Likewise equality is also misrepresented. Equality is treating people equally and not always the same - you wouldn't give a bear and a mouse the same amout of food.
Thus we now reach a sea of philosophy in which we try to determine these words true meaning, but alas, this is futile since people will continue to misuse these words.
We, as in anyone, should probably create new vocabulay with which to express ideals, that cannot be exploited.
Also the miget is stuck and someone should let him down now.
