Psychologically, people like to put things into categories, whether it be objects, animals (hence the scientific naming system) or people. It gives them a feeling of control and reassurance.

Slovenians are a bit different, their language is too much of a difference when compared to other countries. I've had only few chances to converse with them but long ago when I didn't use english language as good. They've been nice as far as I remember.

when did I show knowledge in anthropology? :/ I wish I knew enough to debate, but all I believe to be true is that humans started in the southern Africa region of the time, and spread from there, and I guess I would agree with whoever said whites are a mutaion in the species, but so are all races really.
Sometimes I have little interesting ways to look at things, but I don't know tits about facts or anything sorry :/

Human evolution like konradkurze said is most definitely a straight line. Much like the monkey and ape population there are different variations of our species. Blacks, whites, etc. I wouldn't necessarily call any particular group of people a "sub-species", but it is definitely a subject of interest. But I must argue with konradkurze's statement about the difference between humans and apes. We are definitely their next of kin. Their brain chemistry, their anatomy, and their DNA all point to that we are so much alike. The only major difference is social behavior and time. Humanity evolved faster than the apes did. I can't tell you why it happened, but I have a theory.
