20% tipping is bullshit.

heres my tipping:

worth of meal(s)
0-9 dollars = whatever change i have in my pants
10-29dollars = 2-3 bucks
30-59 dollars = 5 bucks
60-100 dollars =10 bucks maximum.

you want more? then in that case i will have to insist on additional services....for example prostitution.

Nobody gives a single fuck about your tipping. Give the goddamn waiters what they deserve. The world doesn't revolve around you, just because you you think 10% is good doesn't mean everyone else agrees.

I was always taught a 10% tip is for adequate service, 15% for exceptional, and 5% for poor.

if anyone deserves a tip, its the cook. he did all the work. whats the point in tipping the person who brought it to the table? never understood that part

Not just bringing the food to the table, but cleaning it up as well. Paying someone 3$ on a 30$ bill to bring me my food and clean my table is worth it IMHO.

what if when you get to the restaurant the table is shit, the serves is shit but the food is awesome, would you still want to tip the guy "cleaning" and bringing?
