Nope, white blood cells. That's why when you look at the sun, and thus destroy your retinas, they appear.

I dont look at the sun when i see them though, sometimes its even a cloudy day when i see them. I look at the cloads/sky away from the sun to see them.

It's not the only time but its the time when theyre the most prevalent.

floaters are when the jelly like fluid inside your eye begins to further liquefy. what you're seeing when you see those is the light being refracted differently into your eye due to the fluids having different density. one thing that people don't know is that if this happens too fast, it can literally tear your retina from the thin layer of your eye.
