I dont really dislike gay people, but I am against gay marriage. Why? Its simple, it lowers the bar. And by bar i mean tolerance. There is a group of people using the fact that gays can marry to try and legalize zoophilia(Google it). And it will spread, in the future you will be able to go masturbate with sand paper in public just because your born to like it and everyone else will be forced to tollerate it.

i understand your objective view, and in fact share it, but i believe that your comparison of muslim and and homicide bombers to christianity and homosexuals is misguided, and sadly it is almost all of christianity who abhor homosexuality. True there are many christians who are fine or indifferent, but christianity as a whole could be thought of objectively as a case of 2000 years of peer pressure, and speak once of the gay marriage, though not physically threatened, will be ridiculed for their idea and that can often be more painful than physical pain, so they instead keep the idea to themselves and let the idea of 'gays are unnatural" gets reenforced. endless cycle.
