nope, it's from a program called synthesia.

you open midi files with it and it plays them back like this.

Actually, you're wrong. Death Waltz is composed by John Stump, who intended all his pieces to be played by a machine, not a person/people. He is known for having built machines that play these songs on the piano, and they're fucking awesome.
