On Terraforming: Mercury's too close to the sun. Pluto's too far. Neptune, Uranus, Jupiter, Saturn are gas giants, so no chance there.
Honestly, Venus is a more feasible option than Mars. If you could breakdown all the CO2 in the atmosphere into ozone, you'd have a HUGE Ozone Layer, it wouldn't be a volcanic hellhole and you could get a water cycle and carbon cycle going. Mars's gravity is too weak to hold an atmosphere.
One major problem with Venus though is that the length of day is 243 Earth days and a year on Venus is only 224.7 days, so a day on Venus is longer than its year. No idea how life would adjust to THAT.
