Honestly, if I'm playing Skyrim I try to avoid civillian and follower deaths whenever I can. I often go to exstensive lengths to do this. Sometimes I restart an entire quest in order to make sure that an NPC survives. I don't know why, but It's just the way I work.
"you know it's true" actually no, because I'm not a fucking retard
Eating raw human flesh- Yeah sure, whatever.
Eating human heart- Okay then.
Eating horse meat/dog meat- I'M A MONSTER!

Nothing makes me feel more guilty than knocking a wheel of cheese only the floor. Nothing in real life could compare. I just see it there, on the floor. Abused. Unable to stand up for itself. Unable to retaliate. It just lies there, cold, dirty and alone. I caused that. I wish the cheese would get up and kill me. I wish it would just do something. It's so innocent. It does nothing but good. Sure, I pick it back up and put it back on the table, but it's not the same. It'll never be the same. I'm a monster...

I've never really had problems with anyone killing my horse, but I have had a few fall off of mountains with me...
When I talk or read ethics, I always say ethnics. So I read Skyrim and Ethnics both times I saw this, and only noticed it the second time.
