smoking does much worse and so does alcohol but those are legal. and actually yes it was made illegal because of a corporation. the timber industry started a smear campain against it because of the fact that you could make cheap paper out of it and that would of cut a lot of their business

"these legal things are worse" is a bad argument for legalizing marijuana. But it's a great argument for making the other things illegal.

Fine then lets get down to the truth of the matter then, people smoke it to get high. I personally don't see what is wrong with somebody smoking occasionally just like some people drink occasionally. I don't smoke or drink, but i feel like if I ever wanted to do it and if anyone else wanted to, they should be able to. Also cannabis is not harmful in any way if ingested or used in a vaporizer.
