That's the funny thing, Kakarot could only go super saiyan 3 because he was dead. he had a crutch that the dead have a seemingly unlimited supply of energy. His body couldn't stand the form of Super Saiyan 3 and was unable to hold it. While he was sitting there powering up, I was fighting to the death with that creatine. taking punches that would destroy entire planets. He is a coward who tries to pawn off fights to other people, first it was his son, using him in Oozaru form to fight against me, then again he used his own child as a pawn to defeat Cell. He then tried to pawn the saving of the earth from babidi and buu, on me, his son, and then, on his son and my son combined. He said himself he could have killed majiin buu with ease and yet he didn't because he is a cowardly pitiful saiyan. He isn't and never will be a true saiyan. And as for the Super Saiyan 4 Bullshit, I would just like to say don't go there because 1.) It isn't canon, and 2.) He utilized the same energy patterns I was, and he just didn't know it.

yeah well your french flag will always be when, after Goku defeated Buu, the only thing you could do was give a thumbs up. Because had it not been for Goku, YOU certainly wouldnt have been able to stop Buu. Hell Goku wasnt even capable of that he had to rely on a wish to help him.
