I was really surprised by this trailer. The founders actually scared the shit out of me. there was something dead, twisted about them. I'm going to think twice before I use TPB again...

They take the internet so fucking serious its a bit disturbing, its really just a way of entertaining yourself until something more fun comes round, it isn't any kind of life
Who says social interactions have to be in person? They are both an exchange of words, ideas, and development of interest in one another. To say one is more valuable or better than another shows that one clearly undermines the ability of communication and it's purpose.
my internet is so shit, that it took so long to load a fucking PICTURE of youtube
Fuck
Fuck
Internet friends are people you'll rarely meet if never, but have a ton of similarities with you and don't mess with you much.
Real friends are people you come in physically contact with frequently and have a few if not many similarities with you, but can be real dicks when they feel like it because you know each other well enough to get over the biggest bullshit/

It looks really interesting, but I don't like that the movie makers decided to equalize the video to make it look steel grey to make everything seem darker and dead. If you know what I'm talking about.
god damn i hope the internet is real otherwise my imagination is fucked up and mean
I bet that statistic about the amount of money lost was done by monotonously, timesing revenue by the amount of times downloaded, which is completely off, not every film or game downloaded from TBP is lost revenue for the company.
Let's consider the Adobe Suite 5.1 master collection. It was approximately $3000 at the time, now to say that Adobe lost out on $3,000 every time TBP was used to download their software, is completely wrong.
Most people, just do not have that money to spend, not any time in the future either, so theoretically, Adobe did not lose out on anything by the TBP being used to download their software. Adobe only theoretically loses out, when someone who CAN download the software legally by paying the amount, but CHOOSES not to, which is a figure dramatically less than the amount of people who have downloaded it from TBP
