Red hulk lifted the hammer once, but Thor was holding on to it, I think it can only be lifted if Thor's hand is on it.

yeah dug down into some comics and there is quite a lot, mostly related to Thor that has lifted it, but still Goku is not of Asgardian ascend nor is he able to use his powers to lift it :)

First off, the hammer is enchanted with a spell set by Odin and it clearly states: "He who the hammer finds worthy shall be granted the power of Thor". The hammer chooses who it finds worthy to lift it, but Odin does have the ability to revoke the enchantment nad make people lift it in a dire situation, but he could also make it so that no one can lift the hammer.

In the Comics, only 7 others besides Thor and Odin have lifted it due to being deemed worthy:
-Captain America
-Beta Ray Bill
-Bor (Odin's father)
-Buri (Bor's father)
-Eric Masterson (Thunderstrike)
-Red Norvell
-Wonderman

To be worthy you have to posess:
-The will of a warrior
-a pure heart
-courageousness in the face of fear
-selflessness
-and i believe a strong sense of honour.

As for Deadpool lifting Mijonir, it was a fake. Loki was using a fake Mijonir to make Deadpool 'godlike' just to fuck with Thor.

It was in space. There was nothing for Mijolnir to adhere to, so the enchantment was essentially 'bypassed'. He couldn't use the power of the hammer, but he could still swing it around like a mofo.

I think he sets the terms, I remember a issue where Superman lifted the hammer but only because Odin liftet the enchantment

The hammer is enchanted so that only people the hammer finds worthy can lift it. It's probably only like 40 pounds at the most. The enchantment just makes the person unable to lift it if he's not worthy.

Technically both. Its supposed to be made out of a dying star, so its mass is off the charts, making it incredibly dense and heavy. However, being a magical artifact, if it "chooses" you or deems you "worthy" it allows you to pick it up, which is why in the Thor movie he spent a lot of time being unable to wield it, and yet is the only person who can other than possibly Odin.

Captain America can wield it too....

Storm, Beta Ray Bill, and Wonder Woman(this actually happened in the DC vs. Marvel crossover in the 90s) too, just off the top of my head.

Other people can weild it besides Odin and Thor. See my earlier comment that explains all about the Hammer.
