Canada got the greatest number of strategic victories for the allies in WWII. That is all.

Except now it's "Give them less so the dick head down the street who's been unemployed for 10 years will have enough"

The official statement was about rationing certain materials that the troops needed for the war. Specifically rubber and certain kind of fabric for parachutes.

The internet distorts original content into something else. I would rarely trust the internet to be the origin of much of the content. I am talking original pictures and stuff. However, the comedy added to the material is completely original while the photo itself is no longer the original. I guess it's a moot point. Basically internet takes something original, changes it, still original, but not original source of the content.

Yeah, it was a propaganda poster long before it was an image on the internet.

Well it was a war poster first.

I honestly do not see what point OP is trying to make in this picture. It's a World War II rationing poster from the US. What's so significant about this?

stupid thing is that, we talk about how bad communism is and this is an example of propaganda showing how to live like a communist. "Rationing gives you your fair share," "Do with less- so they'll have enough!"
