first of all, what version of windows do you have?
secondly, does the beta version download not work?
thirdly, did you manage to install anything else, like nexus or the theme?
and what's wrong now?

the nexus dock won't be much of a problem to install, knowing it's easy

the hardest part, however, is the icons, you have to download them all seperately and then change the icon to each file you want.
you do so by right clicking on the file-pressing properties-change icon
note: not all files can change icons, or that might only be on xp.
for changing the my computer and my documents icon, right click on your desktop and select properties, then desktop, then press customize desktop, select the icon you want to change there and press the change icon button, obviously
but I think that might not be a problem for win 7 users

I think I've found something, but they don't show any picture to show us how the skin looks like, so when you download it, firstly scan it with an antivirus
