Elevators are awesome. Seriously. They symbolize man's conquest of gravity; his stubborn, steadfast defiance of the laws of nature. And a fantastic union of mechanical and electrical engineering, a wonder of mechanics that millions of people use on a daily basis and never give a second thought to. Elevators are under-appreciated. Don't forget to say "thank you", the next time you ride an elevator.
I am reasonably certain that this makes no sense at all, but take it or leave it.

When there's only one person in the elevator with me I like to enhance the awkward silence by tapping their shoulder and pretend it wasn't me.
its funny, cause when i was younger i used to close my eyes before the elevator doors closed, and open them again when they were open on the other floor to pretend i teleported

I always thought it would be interesting if you took a plains indian right out of the 1700's and gave him a ride in an elevator.
now all i need is:
90 pretzels and 67 sugar cubes, anyone trading them lol
