I really don't see why so many people hate on windows 8, I've never had any problems with it.

I'd have to disagree unless you can tell me how to make it so my laptop doesnt randomly go to the useless apps it came with. and yeah mine goes to random apps for no reason at all

Tried uninstalling the apps you don't want to use?
Also, explain exactly how these apps open. What do you do that makes them open?

I slightly move the mouse and it just pops open its usually around the outside of the browser window and its app like Photo's Video and Music and its really irritating

Ah, you must have opened them at some point by accident (or when you were first checking them out?) but to close them, all you have to do is
> move mouse to top-left hand corner of screen until the app appears (much like the start menu will pop up with the same action only in the bottom left corner)
> When it appears, move your mouse downward until all open apps appear
Then right click them and click "close"
There, as long as you have them closed from there, then you won't have to worry about them until you open them again, and of course, if you uninstall them that's another thing that is good cause to not worry about them.

well they just open even when i shut down my computer which i find odd for some reason to my mouse likes to freeze up as well as the processor and Firefox and chrome run at the same speed as IE9

You realize the processor and operating system aren't the same thing right? (Processor is hardware, and the OS is software)
All you have to do to close those apps is do exactly as I said. If you finally close them manually, they will no longer even appear even after you turn the computer back on.

Quick question dear fellow.

Do you know how to get around the issue from installing windows 7 on a windows 8 laptop? I've been trying to get 7 on my new laptop, preferably to have a dual boot system, but windows 7 will not install.

I've gone into the bios and changed the boot option to run off of the disk instead of running off the HDD, but I never read anywhere about how to solve the problem of it just getting stuck at the "Starting Windows" of the windows 7 setup.

Any information you know? I've been working on this for about 2 weeks, then gave up. So I don't know if a solution has been found or not.
