I hear you have to have a Colorado ID to smoke anywhere public. Can a Rocky Mountain person confirm or deny this?

Can not smoke in public, Colorado ID or not. That being said, they are looking at making the law so that only Colorado residence can legally hold up to an oz of it, probably because they think it will cut down on it being transported out of state or a lot of other people coming here just to take advantage of it

Nay you have to be 21 and basicly its like we dont care tht you smoke but as it is right now nothing has changed besides the fact if your over 21 and dont have over an ounce you good :)
