There is no sarcasm text on the internet. If you are kidding, try to do something to make it more obvious that you are joking

Sarcasm is an integral piece of comedy. This is funnyjunk, that makes it relevant. I tried to be repetitious to highlight my sarcasm. And a lot of people can see sarcasm on the internet, maybe you need to get better at spotting it.

I thought your name was delightfully and ridiculously immature. I figured you weren't being serious when you made it, but I didn't car either way. It made me laugh hysterically, so I thought I would comment about it. I think what happened was you couldn't read my sarcasm,(either I wasn't obvious enough that time, or you're just not used to seeing sarcasm in text), and so you thumbed me down. And where there are red thumbs, more follow. Because one person disliked my comment, people thought I was being serious, and continued to thumb me down. There used to be a time when you could say things like that. Maybe there's a lot of new users now or something.

A lot of people have made comments about my name. All of them were serious when commenting about it being unfunny and immature. By this point in time, I was sure you were also serious.

And just so you know, I didn't thumb you down. It's just that you have to realise that there is a thin line between subtle sarcasm and downright rudeness.

It reminded me of this time in my English class a long time ago when this kid kept laughing every time the teacher said "but." And we were learning about the FANBOYS (for and nor but or yet so) so she was saying and writing "but" on the board several times. So, this kid was laughing, and then all of a sudden, I realized how ridiculous it was that he found it funny. That he was such a little shit that he was laughing whenever she said "but." So then I started laughing. Every time she said "but" that kid would laugh, and then I would laugh. I ended up laughing like a maniac because I realized that, to everyone else in the class, I seemed like I was simply laughing because she said "but." And then four or five other students began laughing. Eventually the whole class was holding back giggles every time she said "but," and I began to lose my fucking mind because we were a bunch of high school students, being little shits and laughing because the teacher said "but." She started laughing too. It was a great day. I think I was the only one who saw it the way I did though, even though I hope I wasn't.

Sounds fun. Things like this are not usually allowed to go out of control like that in my school. The teachers start giving out as soon as one person starts laughing.

Only fun thing I can remember is everyone in history class laughing uncontrollably at the name of some indian (Myan, Incan not sure, can't remember) guy whose name started with the word tit. The teacher realised what we were laughing at eventually and he started taunting us that we have not seen any in real life yet. We were about 13.
