Saying an insult with a winky face after it doesnt make it less offensive!

"well-educated" does need a hyphen. When "two or more words serv[e] as a single adjective before a noun," it gets a hyphen.

Actually there is a need for a hyphen when using "well-educated" as she did. When using two words as one word one uses a hyphen. This shows that the two words are being used as one. After many years of words being hyphenated like this words become fused and become just one word rather than two.
