The guy blew his head off with a shotgun after slitting both wrists, then the guitarist came and saw it. He took pictures after running to the corner store to grab a disposable camera, and it became the cover of their album Dawn of the Black Hearts. They took pieces of skull and turned them into necklaces for those who were thought worthy. One guy didn't get one, so he planned on torturing the guy who made the necklaces, and selling video of it on the internet. Then the potential torture victim stabs the potential torturer multiple times, and goes to jail. I think Varg was the one to go to jail. I can't recall the story fully, or in great detail.
