Superman's power is infinite
Goku's power is finite
Not taking into account weaknesses or personality traits, Superman takes the cake every time...also anyone who mentions that ScrewAttack video is getting a black-eye. Goku showed Superman mercy in that shit, and it would have been in-character for him to have returned the favor. If they were going to include personality traits, they should have at least been fair about it

The Saiyan ki reserves does not go on forever. In order to expand this reserve and harness more of this ki to perform stronger attacks, the Saiyans transform into Super Saiyans. Any transformation further than SSJ4 destroys the body of the user (although SSJ4 is pretty unbelievable anyway...fukken GT)
Whereas Superman can harness solar energy, which is pretty much infinite, especially when compared to the ki of a Saiyan
