It's named "The Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Premier".

It does indeed cover many topics: our infallible armour, our devastating guns, brilliant and competent officers and many more things about our enemies such as the foolish Eldar, the cowardly Orks, the fragile Necron and the hateful Tau. Then it goes on to show useful things, like how to make a landmine out of a grenade, sticks and a fishing wire.
