Having real trouble with my sleep cycle right now.
For a few weeks I have been nocturnal. A few days ago I decided to change this and so stayed up for 28 hours from 6pm when I woke, to 10pm the next day. I hoped to wake at around 10/11am. It failed and I didn't wake until 3pm. So, I tried again. I stayed up from 3pm to 7pm the next day. This time I thought it I slept for 13/14 hours like the last time I would still wake up at around 10/11am the next morning. I was right! and woke up at 10am, and so I thought I'd be able to go to sleep around 10/11pm, thus putting my sleep cycle back to that of a normal person's!
Here I am, after waking up at 10am. It's now 1:58 am and I'm not even nearly tired.
Fuck it, I give up.
Maybe it's because all I do all day is switch between youtube, FJ and the Xbox.
