We're talking about recreational use of marijuana. Smoking the dank shit anywhere.

With your logic, MORPHINE is legal to use.
Medical use doesn't count, so I'll return your quite rude facepalm.

But...all 18 states have it legalized through medical use...

Yes, MEDICAL use.
Meaning that you need to have a prescription.
Which means that it's NOT legal for anyone to buy.

What two states have it legalized for absolutely everyone to buy then?

And even though its medicalized, in california they have vendors who sell the license for just about anything. It's not hard to get one. I have one and i just turned 18.

colorado and washington

Colorado and Washington legalized recreational use in November.
Any adult can now buy and posses it.

Very different compared to medical use.
Because while you can get a prescription, it's a crime if you actually need it.

Okay, didnt know they legalized it completely. It still has regulations on it though, they're pretty much the same rules for alcohol and you can only buy it from certain stores (at only an ounce per store) and they cant use it in public places. So i dont really see too much difference.

I just dont understand why theres so much hostility towards me when its perfectly reasonable to not understand that you meant purely recreationaly since you did not specify otherwise. You just said "its legal" and in "you wont get arrested for doing this", which could logically include medical marijuana.

I was hostile because you came here with an attitude.
Posting a facepalm and saying how I was wrong.

Medical use still doesn't count, because if you follow the law, you actually need to have an illness. And not just any illness. You have to have something specific. So weed is not legal in 18 states. It's FULLY legal in TWO.
