Right. Misunderstood your question. I think it should be legal anyways (Recreational as well as medical uses), but I'm not looking to get into an argument here.

Of course. My state, Washington, has age restrictions on it. I believe you have to be 21 to buy it for recreational purposes here, it's treated just like Alcohol. I think Colorado does it the same way, as well.

It's legal both for medical and recreational purposes, but I'm not sure where people buy the recreational stuff from. Even then, I never see people out in public smoking the stuff.
It's not like legions of people started smoking the stuff after it was legalized, most people who smoke it now smoked it before it was legal. It just means less people in jails.
