I don't know who the guy as Ironman is supposed to be, but I know Hawk Eye is being portrayed by a character from Ratatouille, but I don't remember the character's name.

Samuel L. Jackson portrays a white man in the film version, that doesn't change his race, he is still a white man just played by a black man, in the latest film.
Since your graphic is a new rendition he must be represented as he is.

actually the Nick Fury he is playing is based off of the Ultimate Nick Fury who was drawn after Samual L. Jacksons likeness that first appeared in Issue 5 of Ultimate Marvel Team Up in 2001

technically disney didnt make the avengers this is because even though disney did buy marvel recently the production (not fully) and paper work for the avengers had already been done by marvel before they got bought by disney hence disney had nothing to do with the production of the avengers film
