Before that was also Excalibur, which was essentially a team of former of X-Men that defended Englad and occasionally other parts of Europe. Members have included Captain Britain, Nightcrawler, Magik, Colossus, Juggernaut, Psylocke(Captain Britain's sister and a former Captain Britain herself), Sage, among many others.
