There's actually not a lot of teen pregnancy in Holland, because we talk to our children about sex and how it's normal and how you should always use protection and all that. We don't shun the topic as if it doesn't exist. Teens have sex, we know it, they know, and we don't care as long as they do it safely.

I don't know about that I just watched a program about teen alcoholism on NatGeo and Holland ranked number one above all other countries in the world. Maybe giving a bunch of alcoholic teens free rain to fuck is not a good idea.
