Yeah so am I - i even lost so much weight, that I couldn't gain any either, using bodymass powder and do a lot of work out. Went to the doctor on my mothers orders, and found out that i had a kind of tapeworm/parasite in my stomache, which they are now trying to find the right antibiotica for it (i wanted to use natural remidies first).

hope to gain some weight soon, cause I'm down to 57 kg, as a 179 cm, 21 male, weighing 70+/-2 kg at the time i got infected. (writing as anon, since i find it rather embarrasing)

yeah i'm the same i went to the doctors and it turns out we're seriously unhealthy with all the fat that builds around our organs and we're pretty much gonna die skinny at about 30

Seriously, if you want to lose weight, just start walking. You'll be suprised at just how much you can lose from that. I walked 40 minutes to work, three days a week and lost about 100 pounds. After that, just find some reason to get toned up. I've started doing yoga for 30 minutes a day to tone up because there's not one, but two girls at work I'm interested in and at least one seems interested in me. If for nothing else, do it because you'll feel better about yourself. Just get some music and walk. Pick your favorite album and just go for a nice stroll. It's also a great way to relieve some stress.

if you weight 97 pounds and are 6'3 you need some help being fed boy
