I'm sorry, but no. Not every girl out there will cheat. I've dated girls who weren't virgins, and they never cheated. Sex is a normal and healthy part of relationship(obviously, once you are over a certain age.), and just because a girl has had sex multiple times doesn't factor into whether she will cheat or not.
