Nope. Even little girls should be smart enough to know that cutting is fucking stupid and deserves what they get. Any little girl that did that was probably already messed up to begin with, and I feel no pity for them or the parents. I know kids who practice molestation at that age, little shits like that need to be taught a lesson.
