Being happy is a state of mind, believe you are and it will come. Nothing or no-one can make that happen except yourself. Using excuses to yourself as to why you are unhappy just doesn't stick when you meet some of the poorest people in the world. They literally have nothing, yet are the brightest people I know. I learnt this a long time ago and haven't struggled since.

As a general advise, if you want to be happy first you have to choose it instead of waiting for the circumstances to shape themselves or something Like that. Second, be honest with yourself about how you feel this may seem obvious but people lie a lot to themselves without even realizing it sometimes. keep an eye out. and third remember that it's not a big deal.

How are you to know? As it is coming from a personally attached view point, skewing your opinion on the tale with potential bias.
