The idea is that in the origional song no one knew what the guy was saying before the "Ayyy Macarena! OY!" part. It all sounds like gibberish... I hope this helps you out some. Personally I didn't find it all that funny... but it did make a smile a bit and nod in appreciation.

If you ever listen to Macarena trying to follow what they say is really hard and trying to read that word is really hard and ridiculous. There for OP connected the two
