Assault rifles can't be sold in walmart...Assault rifles really aren't sold any where: not every joe shmoe can get an assault rifle...you can get a gun that fires a military round, that looks similar, and uses the same magazines, but you can't buy an assault rifle...

Sorry but I must educate you!. An Assault Rifle by The Federal Assault Weapons Ban (AWB - the gun law that people are arguing over and that has not passed) considers Assault Weapons (though they break into 3 categories Rifle, Pistol, and Shotgun, I will talk about the Rifle) as such

> A Semi-Auto Rifle that Is a copy or replica of many military rifles (And the Real rifle themselves)
>A Semi-Auto Rifle that has the Ability to accept detachable Magazine and
> Folding barrel
> Threaded barrel
> Pistol grip
> Forward grip
> or Barrel shroud
> And some more detailed clauses that I will not get into

Thus meaning Assault Rifles under this standard can be bought Nearly Anywhere guns are sold.

A Real Military Assault Rifle (or Fully-Auto Rifles) can be bought but they are more expensive and you have to go through The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) as well as your local Chief of Police and background checks. They are not sold at Gun Stores or Gun Shows because of limited supply (though you could find one)

In both cases Military or Not, an Average Joe Shmoe can obtain an Assault Rifle legally considering they aren't a Felon and the AWB is not passed.

Living in Canada I had never met a black person I didn't like, 2 were my best friends through high school.
Last spring I spent a few months traveling through the southern states and didn't meet one that I COULD like.
I am now racist.
It is for many good reasons.

I was beaten and jumped by black people 2-3 times my age at 11 for being white and absolutely no other reason, I too have good reason not to trust black people.

I don't hate/not trust all black people but now I understand why people don't like them down there.

I didn't say I hate an entire race, just that I have good reason not to trust black people based on that and many other experiences. I have a few black friends but they are the same, if I didn't know them they'd just be a dick to me and other white people.
Being 11 getting jumped by 17-25 year olds you don't really have much of an ability to fight back especially when they come out of nowhere.
