To all those asking. His "name" is Boy pick-up. He does several skits on a TV network called GMA here in the Philippines. Think of it as a Filipino version of Yo momma, wherein, there are two contestants, but instead of insults to their mothers, they try to comedically try to "pick -up" a beautiful girl between them, Boy-pick up "battles" the winning player and he (Boy pick-up) will always win.

Personally, im proud to see a Filipino meme starting to gain popularity on these amazing sites.
