It was supposed to be a break but it ended up being and all out breakup.

It was supposed to last 6 months, if we still had feelings for each other we would get back together. 6 months later she was in a relationship and had blocked me in every way.

Most likely she was afraid that somehow she might turn out bad but I could be wrong and probably am. That or she was just trying to block her feelings for you by dating some one else.
