I think the person who posted this comic probably found it, and thought that because KereanCitizen posts them, that they're his comics, and wanted to give credit.

KoreanCitizen Translates these comics, and since they are not DIRECTLY copied, it doesn't breach the copyright.

it's the same thing with rewriting S&H comics (Like the "You're hired" posts)
