True, to some extent, but also keep in mind, the person shouldn't have taken off their pants in the first place. I myself am conservative, but in all honesty, the whole anti abortion thing I'm kind of on the fence about. I mean if you go out, have consensual sex, get knocked up, yes, should have to carry the kid to full term. If you can't afford it, then put it up for adoption. But, when it comes to the stuff like rape, and things like that, I'm really iffy about. I'm just neutral as far as that part goes.

It doesn't even matter what you or I believe about abortion or anything like that. People should ALWAYS have the choice.

Well I don't support abortion for my own reasons, my religion involved, but that is true. I mean, i'm not someone else, I can't make choices for them. I don't like to hear about it and it does make me kind of sad, but hey, what can I do? That is their choice. Now that I think about it, abortion rights to me are both disgusting, and beautiful. True, i don't believe it's a good thing, but it is a choice. So true, it doesn't matter what you or I believe about it, it matters what the individual in question wants to do about it. I never have looked at it like that before. BUT I do believe that they should at least take all the precautions so they don't get pregnant so they don't have to do that.

Really when religion comes down to it, my very christian friend said that "it's not between me and that person, it's between that person and god. It's not my place to get involved." I really respected her for that.

That's very true. That is between them and God. I just honestly wanted to avoid saying anything about religion or being a christian for fear of being ripped by you or someone else. I'm glad to know you aren't one of those people who just verbally assaults someone because of their they say they're christian. I have ran into quite a few of those. But she's right. That is between them and God.

People who hate on religion so much are doing it because they're replacing the person in front of them with the most violent of Christians who probably forgot to read their bible, which really isn't fair to that person. Most Christians I know are very friendly people.

I'm the same way with my beliefs. Especially here, when the politics board is so blatantly right-winged it's hard to really talk about things without being attacked. It's overwhelming to the point that you just back off and don't come back, which is kind of sad too.

What about sexual liberty? Sex feels awesome and people should be allowed to enjoy it without being held back by repressive laws. Accidents happen, and while we should take responsibility for our actions, it's not like we intended to accidentally conceive a child. Is it really fair to make someone ruin their lives by going through with something that was caused by something as minimal as consensual, non-reproductive sex? I mean c'mon, what kind of world is that?

And before I get red thumbs, let me say that obviously people should wait until their lives are stable and they can afford to start a family.
