Its a meme, here at Brazil we usualy laugh on a wierd manner, like :
"HUEHUEHUEHUEHU", or "aushaushuahsauh", or "kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk", or even "FDASHFUAHDS",
and most brazilians have bad manners, and don't realy know how to speak english, soo they usualy say stuff like," GIVE MONEY PLEASE OR I REPORT YOU, HUEHUEHUEHUE",

I'm brazilian and I've been in the us for 16 years.
Are people bad mannered there? Here they are mostly good mannered.
