As a swimmer... I know how diver's train... and they take over our lanes that we use to swim in, forcing us to practically buttfuck each other while we swim laps... this just pisses me off... Divers don't do shit. They jump in a pool for 3 hours, while we bust our asses off swimming back and forth over and over again, actually making goals, and sets.

i fucking hate divers...

this is how I feel when I see that shitty faggot 12 year olds in my town win nationals for downhill mountain biking, check the results, like 8 kids in the fucking race

Then I go to motherfucking road nats and there are about 100 people in each one, I get 39th after 600 fucking hours of training

BATTENKILL MOTHERFUCKERS

Yeah, but without the divers, there's no way your team could win any meets. The lack of lanes is indeed frustrating, though.

I used to also be a swimmer, and I know this feel bro. I decided to take up diving though in my junior year, and I found that divers feel almost the same about swimmers. Our pool was small and we would have to practice only after they were swimming back to the shallow end. It made me a bit nervous, having to worry where they were at all times, and I ended up messing up some dives. It's a two-way street bro.
