I guess the first time playing was fun, but nobody wants to play the same story mode only with a harder difficulty just to reach level 60..

The game doesn't even start until 60 and the pay to win auction house blows.
Have you played Path of Exile? If you want a real sequel to Diablo 2, you will love this game.

It's incredible.

The music is fantastic and it's also 100% free. Kinda. The game will be free when it's out of beta, but you can donate to get into the beta or sign up and get lucky. I used 3 email addresses.

Yeah, I think so. My friend payed 5 bucks and got in immediately.
But the game is fantastic. Highly recommended. I'm pretty sure it's the guys who made Titan Quest and some of the original Diablo/ Diablo 2 members are helping out.

Yeah, they did. But a few helped with the Path of Exile beta. If I remember correctly. I may be wrong.

You can sign up for the beta and HOPE you get chosen. That may take a week or so and there is no guarantee (what I did).
Or you can pay 10 bucks that will get you into the beta and help the designers out (what my friend did).

As a little help for you, I have path of exile beta myself, just make a single comment on their forum and it will increase your chance to get it, they rather have active users getting it instead of completely new ones.

however, I had bad luck and didn't get a key for about a whole year, so I posted on a thread about it (it was already made, some people can write if they feel like they've been left behind such as me) and I was pm'ed a key later on.
