Whether it's to get attention or they legitimately have something wrong they're always going to make it about themselves, anyone else involved in the situation (E.G you for trying to help) may actually be lashed out upon for just trying to help. Not to mention you just can't fight everyone's battles for them. You go through life fighting for everyone else, you're gonna forget about the most important person. You.

yep, and there will be no one to help you. I'm in the same spot right now. I quit my job to help my best friend out, because his mother was dying from lymphoma... and he ended up royally screwing me over. To the point i'm 8000 dollars in debt.

I'm 4000 in debt because of a crazy ex.

I've only ever raised my fists to help a friend in need, I got scars because I really didn't care that the guy was beating on me until my friend was hurt in the process which caused me to show him why I don't raise my fists.

no, actually a great way to make a woman love you is to look like you are the only one who actually cares about her, im not saying that you should take steps to alienate her but if you do this you will not get friendzoned unless she had no interest in you in the first place
