I cant even do a decent kong vault :(

kong vaults are hard it took me a while, just practice on tiny things or even practice the knee thing on a bench just going onto the bench on all fours, just try your best and that is what matters not your ability, it is the journey rather than the destination

my strength is in horizontal moves. No one compares to my jump distance and thief vaults

theif vaults are my favourite they are just so useful but I'm not good at precision jumps, maybe I should try yoga again to improve my balance

my best distance for precision is 4 and a half feet. Im not sure if thats good or not

you two seem to know a lot about parkour. If I want to start, should I get in shape first, or can parkour be used as a tool to get in shape?

Well i would say get some upper body strength first. and after that parkour should help to get in shape
