Those who are freakishly endowed need a large condom, but if you have a 7 inch a penis, and regular condom is fine. Most guys don't have a penis over 6.5, so 8 is very large. Also righteousness isn't the correct word to use there, but rightness is. It through me off for a sec.

No, there are a few people who buy that for their dick. I've talked to women, and read plenty of articles written by women who talk about guys who buy large condoms to show off somewhat larger than average dicks. The amount of condoms available for purchase and those that are purchased are disproportional to those who have an exceptionally large penis, therefore either science is wrong about the average penis size, or men overestimate their lengths.
