Music doesn't suck. You might not enjoy modern music but a lot of others do. If you were't so desperate to try to feel superior to people then you might understand this. Same logic goes for kid's shows. And I don't know what weird ass shit you watch, but if you're watching vampires sucking dick then you purposely looked for it and that's just on you.

I'g say growing up is the biggest part. For example shows like Cow and Chicken are actually pretty bad if you watch them now. Best to just remember how good they were rather than actually watching them.
