The four students claimed a tire on their car burst and they had to push it, so they were in no condition to take an exam because they didn't get a chance to study.

The Dean (leader) had each student in a different classroom, and asked which tire was the one that burst. They can answer front right, front left, back right, or back left.

The problem is the four students didn't think of which tire, and they're all going to put down a different answer, or at least most of them.

2 will answer front right, one will answer front left, and one will answer back left. Or something like that.

The dean will know they lied, they will lose 98 points on their exam and fail.

but if they all answer differently, one of them will have had to get it right!

How can any one student get it right when there is no right answer? Even if all four students have different answers, which of them will be correct? It's a made up story

But what if its not made up and 3 out of the 4 just can't tell right from left?(not sure if you read the small print stuff).

What I did was make L's with my fingers. Whichever made the L facing the correct way was left.

Yeah, but when you're driving, it's not effective or safe... lol
