Tell you what, this is what your going to do.

Tomorrow, you're going to wake up, go the the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror. Look at everything you want to change, everything you pride yourself on, and everything that you want to eventually have when you look at yourself in the mirror. You're going to look really hard into that mirror for me because that is the last time you're going to see yourself like that.

Tomorrow, you are going to start hitting the gym, you're going to get back in contact with friends you've lost touch with, you're going to make new friends. Because every single time someone offers to do something with you, you are going to say 'Yes'. I don't give a flying fuck if you have prom tomorrow, you are going to pick your bitchass up and you are going to say yes. You are going to open yourself to life's opportunities again and start saying yes.

You are going to start living life again and if I see you on this site any time near in the future, you can forget about the boogeyman because I'll be the monster underneath your bed. Make this oath with me and start living life again. The next time I see you on this site I want you to be happy with yourself. Remember, if you break this promise, you aren't only breaking a promise to me. You're breaking a promise to yourself. If I don't see you again, I'll know I succeeded.
