Russia has the most material (as in: the largest army). according to Wikipedia Russia have over 20mil. men in reserve versus the American 1.5million, and there's also the Chinese army . Sure, they lack the precision of a drone-guided missile, but they can shoot more rounds than the Americans can.
Most powerful? Possibly, but we simply can't tell since the Chinese rarely attack anyone, and Russia only wakes up in spring time when it's time to remind the peasants not to leave the Mother Russia. You must remember that the Georgian war was over in 5 days.

If it comes to invading any of those countries? It can't be done. Russia is cold, harsh land made to destroy empires, the America has too many people willing to fight back, and the Chinese have.. well.. even more people who can be conscripted.
Not to mention the nukes. No one likes nukes.

Russia and China have nothing close to a fully operational Blue Water Navy or any force projection to speak of. Only way they would win is if we invade their home turf.

They might have the largest army, but remember: their tech is Russian.

Russian tech is brilliant, for en example during the cold war when the Americans got their hands on some Russian Jets they first laughed at all the outdated components used like Radio tubes rather than Transistors, until they realized that in the event of a nuke only Russian planes would be operational as only the electronics in their planes would be sturdy enough to withstand the emp sent out by the nuke.

We Honestly would, The state of Virginia Has more people registered and trained to use fire arms, than most countries have of an army, I mean My neighbor has 3 .50 caliber rifles, and two full auto Ak-47's

1: in a suburban area, there is none, I'm not 100% sure but I'd think that those wouldn't be street leagle, besides they aren't designed specifically for killing
2: cutting a large piece of meat, I'm not good in the kitchen I assume there is a situation where its preferable
3: last I checked, Speakers aren't particularly lethal, besides that, increased range to my yourself heard at a large event like a concert or massive party
