I've heard some stories from train conductors between Seattle and Sacramento.
1.) Conductor in the concessions area having a snack break, notices shifty man eyeing the counter. According to the lady working the counter, he'd been there a while and clearly had no money. She gave him a sandwich she planned on paying for herself. The conductor leaves as the overjoyed man starts to eat. Comes back downstairs a minute later and sees the bottom of that mans feet as he leapt out the window. The train was going 112km/h, died instanly.

2.) Young girl was found on the train without a ticket, according to the conductor she was gorgeous, supermodel beauty. The conductor came to the conclusion she was running away, and didn't want to be let off at the next station to the authorities. Conductor asks her to follow him upstairs. He makes it up before she realizes she's not with him anymore. Goes downstairs and sees the window seal is off. She jumped at 112 km/h as well. SHE on the other hand got "lucky". She lived, broke 98% of the bones in her body.

As someone who has been a generic action hero for years, I can tell you with certainty that you face no risk jumping off a train going at any speed.

You will suffer:
A smudge of grease on the face (no idea how it gets there)
A dirty tank top that still won't cover your muscles
OPTIONAL: A cut on your shoulder that the female you are with can clean/bandage which gives you the opening you need to bang her so hard, she won't be in the sequel
