The fruit, obviously. Now here's one: Is an orange an orange because it's orange, or is orange orange because oranges are orange?

this is why he said "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." LOL

Well the fruit is named after the colour.
And originally they were called Noranges, but when you say "a norange" as sounds the same as "an orange", so that's how it happened.

No, the colour is named after the fruit. Before english speaking people were exposed to naranjas (oranges) they called the colour yellow-red.
Then they adopted orange from the fruit.

So the juice is named after the fruit, and the colour is named after the fruit. Which means that even if the juice was named after the colour, it would by proxy be named after the fruit, making the original question all the more retarded.

Are oranges orange because oranges are orange, or is orange orange because oranges are orange?
The world may never know.

But is the fruit orange named after the colour orange because orange is orange or the colour orange is named after fruit orange which is orange?

That's actually a legitimate, good question.

It's named after the orange. Because orange is orange and the colour is orange. Therefore, orange.

Because it's juice, from an orange. The colour is irrelevant...
